How We Work
Our work begins with a thoughtful and collaborative assessment, allowing us to understand your history, inner resources, and the stressors shaping your current experience.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes and held weekly, creating a consistent therapeutic space that supports reflection, continuity, and meaningful change. Frequency and structure can be adjusted as the work unfolds, in response to your evolving needs.

Our work is grounded in a deep respect for the human mind and inner life.
We believe meaningful change begins in a non-judgmental therapeutic space—one that allows individuals to speak freely, reflect openly, and come to know themselves more fully. From this understanding, clarity and direction can emerge naturally.
We hold the assumption that people are inherently worthy and capable of growth. At the same time, we recognize that transformation rarely happens in isolation. As humans, we need support, relationship, and community in order to thrive.
Our approach integrates evidence-based therapy with clinical wisdom and lived human experience, allowing us to shape a therapeutic process that is thoughtful, responsive, and uniquely tailored to each individual. We also attend to the mind–body connection through mindfulness and somatic awareness—listening not only to what is spoken, but to what the body already knows.

Present, collaborative, and grounded. We’ll name patterns clearly, track progress, and give you language and tools to use between sessions.
